ABC KinderCare Center collects and processes personal data of children enrolled in its educational institutions, their parents or legal guardians, business partners, employees, and visitors to this website who voluntarily provide their personal data.

The personal data collected and processed may include: full name, personal identification number (EGN), address, telephone numbe, and email address of parents/legal guardians; health information of children, when applicable; name and contact information of the child’s general practitioner.

Personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of duly fulfilling the Controller’s contractual obligations under the agreements for the provision of childcare and educational services; ensuring the health and safety of the children during their stay at the KinderCare centers; protecting the legitimate interests of the Controller; complying with the Controller’s legal obligations under tax and accounting legislation; and promoting the activities of ABC’s kindergartens, thereby enhancing the reputation and public trust in the educational institutions.

The applicable grounds for the personal data processing are the following legal bases set forth in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) namely: letter (a) (consent), letter (b) (performance of a contract), letter (c) (legal obligation), and letter (e) (Controller’s legitimate interest).

The personal data we process based on any of the aforementioned legal bases may be disclosed to governmental institutions and authorities, such as the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as to our counterparties and partneers when necessary – for example, for the purposes of organizing trips, visits to the zoo, and similar activities.

The collected personal data is processed and stored for the legally prescribed or contractually agreed periods, plus any additional time necessary to ensure their secure destruction. Where data processing is based solely on consent, the processing period continues until such consent is withdrawn.

ABC KinderCare Center implements appropriate and effective technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data during processing. Automated decision-making and profiling are not utilized in the processing of personal data.

We would like to inform you of the rules for the use of your personal data that you provide to us through the ABC website.

Personal Data

When filling in the ABC Forms you could provide to us your names, phone and e-mails which we will use to send you information about our activities, promotions and other events of ABC KinderCare Centre. Filling in your personal data is not necessary in case you do not wish to receive information from us. It is necessary to provide your consent to the processing of your personal data when filling in the form and to get aquainted with this Personal Data Protection Policy.

How we collect and use Personal Data

After you fill in your data, we will send you additional information as a presentation to the e-mail address you have provided. We could contact you over the phone to discuss whether and how we could be of use to you. In addition, we could send to you other materials.

Security

The personal data you provide will be used only to communicate to you and to provide you with information about our activities.

Your rights regarding Personal Data

In this context we would like to inform you of the rights you have in connection with the processing of your personal data. You have the right to access the provided personal data, the right to require correction of the data or erasure, the right to require restriction of the processing, the right to object against the processing or to require the transfer of your data (within the limits set in Regulation EC No2016/679 and in the Personal Data Protection Act). You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing of the data, and in this case the withdrawal does not affect the validity of the processing up to the moment of withdrawal.
